Fish Spa

Went to Kenko Wellness @ Singapore Flyer on Monday with sis....

Sis told me about fish spa some time back, it's one of the foot relexology technology, the "doctor fish" (this is how they name it) will remove dead skin, lighten scars, enhance blood circulation, make you feel relax etc..initially, thinking about it makes me feel gross and also feel sorry for the fishes... those fish eats dead skin by nature.. but after much consideration we decide to give it a try..

First Step: Wash our feet clean!!
Then to the "pond"...we're so scared to put our feet down, initially it's so ticklish, we kept fidgeting, actually there shouldn't be too much movement, otherwise the fishes will swim away...but if we stay still, they will swim towards us.. and it's so ticklish!! However after some time..when get use to it, it's actually quite comfortable...

♥Yummy desserts.......♥After the session, indeed some deadskin is gone, it actually removes cuticles, feet feels light and relaxed..Chocolate ice cream in chocolate waffle
