Just random.. Notice my hands and body is fairer then my face..Since long time ago..Like about 2 tone darker then my hands... I ask around usually people tend to have fairer face then body.. It is definately not because of make up or photo, in real it's like that..Can anyone tell me why?.. is it normal?!
Was thinking whether should i cut my hair again....
